Seal Kit for Piston

APPLICATION FIELDS:
To be used for the construction of hydraulic cylinders, telescopic cylinders, cylinders for cranes, tail lifts, cylinders for agriculture, injection presses.

PRESSURE:
Suitable for cylinders with maximum pressures of 350 Bar and speed of 0.5m / s max.

WORKING TEMPERATURE:
-50°C / +120°C.

SUITABLE OILS:
Mineral-based hydraulic oils. (for other uses, contact our technical department).

MATERIALS:
Composed of five elements:

- central part made of NBR,

- two supporting rings made of thermoplastic material,

- two acetalic guide rings.

FKM verson is also available. The unique combination of material in which this seal is produced guarantee low friction were high pressure is present. In the presence of harsh working conditions this sealing element is also available in special material able to withstand high temperatures.
